Lynsey started practicing yoga over a decade ago while recovering from a cycling injury. After experiencing the overall benefits frequent yoga practices brought her, the thought to spread this benefit surfaced. Lynsey completed her Yoga Alliance RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training in 2019, and SUP Yoga Teacher Training in 2021. Joy Yoga was born out of the desire to share the benefits of yoga with everybody from competitive athletes to spectators. Her practices guides students through postures with focus on proper alignment and includes frequently tight areas such as hips, hamstrings, shoulders and neck. She welcomes all to her classes to experience the benefits yoga has to offer and welcomes you to find your own joy with SUP Joy Yoga.
