Combine yoga with a paddle board and prepare yourself for an unforgettable practice. Experience movement linked with the flow of water while surrounded by the sounds and beauty of nature.
Class is approximately 90 minutes in length and includes an introduction to SUP Yoga, review of basic paddle strokes and vessel safety, a 45 minute water yoga practice, and 10-20 minutes of free paddle boarding fun time. Classes are compatible for beginners or seasoned yogis.
SUP paddle board students are provided with all the necessary equipment and a small dry bag for personal items such as car keys.
All students are required to complete the risk acknowledgment form prior to participating in class.
Please plan on arriving to class 10 minutes prior to the start time.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and that you don't mind getting wet.
Class cancelations or reschedules due to weather will be communicated to registered participants no later than 2 hours prior to the class start. Participants will be given the option to reschedule the class.

Experience on paddleboard requested. Class is conducted on the Watauga River which includes beautiful natural rock formations.
Please park in the paved parking area and the class launch is across the street.
